What is formal recruitment?
Formal Recruitment is a mutual selection process that allows you and the sorority members to get acquainted in a causal setting. Participating in Recruitment does not obligate you to join a sorority. It provides an opportunity for you to learn more about Greek life and everything it has to offer. During Recruitment, you may meet with the three national sororities on campus to learn about their chapters.
What does being "National" or "International" mean?
It means we have more than one chapter. D phi E has chapters throughout the U.S. and Canada. We also have a national office located in Philadelphia, PA. This gives sisters the opportunity to network, travel, and stay involved after finishing college.
What is the hazing policy of Delta Phi Epsilon?
Delta Phi Epsilon holds very strict policies against hazing. We do not tolerate any type of disrespect toward new members or active sisters.
